Trademark Objection
A trademark is a unique symbol, word, slogan, logo, or other expression that distinguishes a product or service. Trademark offices may raise objections if the application doesn’t comply with legal rules. Objections often happen due to similarity with existing trademarks or sensitive cultural or religious issues. If you receive an objection, you’ll get a legal notice from the Trademark department and must respond within 30 days. Failing to respond may lead to your application being rejected.
